REFUND POLICY

In the credit repair industry, no company can predict, promise or guarantee a certain outcome when working on your credit report.

You may suspend or cancel Services at any time and in a number of ways, including: (a) telephone, (b) signing and mailing one of the Notices of Cancellation, or (c) sending a written request. We honor all cancellation requests without condition or charge that are sent within the first five days of the date of your Service Agreement. It may take up to five to seven business days from the day we receive your request to process it. Cancellation requests sent after the first five days may result in a charge. Because fees are charged after rendering services, you should expect to pay a final fee when you choose to end Services and fees are not refundable. A final fee will be charged on the day you end Services.
